Refund policy

All of our products are made-to-order and printed just for you, which means we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.). But we've absolutely got your back if something goes wrong.

We'll make it right if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• The print quality doesn't match what was shown on the product page

How to file a claim:

Email us at info@thosedamnshirts.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A description of the problem

We'll review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Please note:

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• Slight color variations between screens and printed products are normal and not considered defects

• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

• Items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse are not eligible

Cancellations:

Since production starts quickly, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, we can't guarantee cancellation.
